Laura Salvador MD
Dr. Laura Salvador is specialist in aesthetic medicine, with extensive experience in leading facial rejuvenation treatments such as fillers, botox and laser resurfacing. She has an active educational activity, as trainer to other specialists in hyaluronic injections.
He studied the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Barcelona, between 1986 and 1991. Between 1991 and 1993 he worked as a Doctor of Home Emergencies at Sanitas. Between 1993 and 1998 he specialized in General Surgery at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. From 1999 to 2003 he worked as a General Surgery Specialist in the Emergency and Transplant Service of the Hospital Clínic.
Since 1999 he has been an assistant in the surgical interventions of Aesthetic Surgery of Dr. Jesús Benito Ruiz. Since April 2004 he has been part of the Aesthetic Medicine team at the Antiaging Group Barcelona clinic, and since May 2006 he has been responsible for the laser area at Antiaging Group Barcelona. He has attended numerous courses within Aesthetic Medicine, highlighting:
- Postgrado en Medicina Estética por la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.
- Diploma de Competencia en Medicina y Cirugia Laser otorgado por el Centre d´Estudis Col.legials del Col.legi de Metges de Barcelona.
- Diploma del programa Genomics-The art of Wellbeing emitido por European Institute of Personalized Prevention. 2008. Dos años de programa posgraduado en Medicina Antiaging con WOSAAM (World Society of Antiaging Medicine) 2006-2008.
- Titulo Europeo de Anti-Aging Medicine Specialization (E.M.A.A.).
She is member of Sociedad Española de Medicina Antienvejecimiento y Longevidad (S.E.M.A.L.), and International Delegate de la World Society of Anti-Aging Medicine (WOSAAM).
